1. Service Nature
All services offered on this website are:
- Time-based
- Knowledge-based
- Personalized according to the individual
Once a session, analysis, or report preparation begins, the service is considered delivered.
2. Refund Policy
- Payments once made are non-refundable
- No refunds will be provided for:
- Completed sessions
- Missed appointments
- Handwriting analysis or reports once initiated
- Digital products, assessments, or downloadable content
Refunds, if any, are granted only in exceptional cases and entirely at our discretion.
3. Cancellation Policy
a) By the Client
- Session cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations or no-shows will be treated as completed sessions
- No refund will be issued for late cancellations or non-attendance
b) By Us
If a session is cancelled by us due to unavoidable circumstances:
- The session will be rescheduled, or
- A refund may be issued if rescheduling is not possible
4. Rescheduling Policy
- One-time rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
- Repeated rescheduling requests may not be accommodated
5. Technical Issues
If a session is disrupted due to:
- Internet failure from our side
- Technical issues beyond the client’s control
We will make reasonable efforts to:
- Resume the session, or
- Reschedule the remaining time
No refund will be provided for issues arising from the client’s internet, device, or environment.
6. No Guarantees
Since career counselling and graphology involve interpretation and guidance:
- Results and outcomes may vary
- Refunds will not be provided based on dissatisfaction with advice, opinions, or outcomes
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon being published on this page.
